10-15-3 Parking On Roadway

It shall be unlawful to park, stand or stop any vehicle at any place where the standing of a vehicle will reduce usable width of the roadway for moving traffic to less than eighteen feet (18’), unless so directed by a police officer. (Ord. 1396, 7-24-1996)

6-1-8 DRUNKENNESS

It shall be unlawful for any person to be drunk, or to be in a state of intoxication in any street, park or public place, or in any private house or place, to the disturbance of any person.[7]
