The Chief Of Police or any other person authorize by the President and Board of Trustees may cause signs to be posted in areas where parking is limited or prohibited, indicating such limitations or prohibitions. (Ord. 1601, 7-14-2004)
The Clerk shall, within five (5) days after the result of any election is declared, or appointment made, notify such person so elected or appointed to any Village office, of his election or appointment, and unless such person shall qualify respectively in ten (10) days, the office shall be considered vacant and the Clerk shall notify the President thereof.
The Clerk shall, without delay, deliver to the President, all ordinances or resolutions under his charge, or vouchers which may require the approval or signature of the President.
