4-3-5 Permit Does Not Allow Violation

The issuance of a permit does not allow violations of any of the requirements or provisions of the building or zoning code, even if shown by plans or other documents but not corrected by the superintendent of buildings or building chairman when application was made, nor the village, its department of buildings or officers liable for the cost to make such building or structure comply with the building or zoning code.
